ALPINESTARS Bionic Pro – Protector Jacket

The Bionic Pro protector jacket combines comprehensive protection with comfort. All components are designed. so that they provide the best protection with little material and not only look slim, but also well ventilated.

Technical elastane stretch is highly breathable and retains its shape and structure while the protective panels are close to the body. The plate design incorporates an innovative integrated grid structure that absorbs energy forces in the event of an impact and dissipates energy forces through its cellular structure.

All plate shells (back, chest, elbow and shoulder) are made of an injected polymer high performance compound for optimized flexibility and excellent weight saving properties. The plates are ergonomically shaped to conform to the natural curvature of the body, and air channels improve airflow and prevent heat buildup.

The back protector features three articulated plates for greater flexibility in all riding positions. The plates « lock » in the event of an impact to prevent potential injury to the spine.
